Mexican Voter ID Front Extraction

Extracts the following fields from the front of a Mexican Voter ID (INE) card:

• Nombre (name)
• Sexo (sex)
• Domicilio (address)
• Clave de elector
• CURP number
• Fecha de nacimiento (date of birth)
• Año de registro (year of registration)
• Sección (section)
• Vigencia (validity)

data.seccion	string	Electoral section number.
data.anoDeRegistro	string	Year and version of registration.
data.vigencia	string	Validity period, YYYY-YYYY.
utc_time_stamp	string	UTC timestamp of the response, DD/MM/YYYY, HH:mm:ss.
